Short BioChaosheng Dong is a Tech Lead Manager at Amazon. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 under the supervision of Prof. Bo Zeng. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2014. His research interests include multi-objective optimization, multi-task learning, learning to rank, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, large language models, and generative retrieval, with applications to e-commerce search and recommendation systems |
